1. Introductions

These Terms and Conditions government the use of all services provided by Online Digital Cyber Cafe. By availing our services, you agree to strictly abide by the following terms, policies, and applicable laws of India.

Violation of these policies may result in denial of services and legal action.

Rules and Conduct Policy

All customers must:

Provide accurate personal and document details.

Verify all information before final submission.

Avoid submitting forged or false documents (a punishable offense).

Log out of personal accounts after service usage.

Respect staff and maintain decorum in the premises or during online interaction.

Misuse, unethical behavior, or illegal activity will result in immediate disqualification from services and will be reported to authorities.

2. Service Categories & Fee Structure

Below is a detailed breakdown of the services offered along with their standard fee structure:

Basic Form Filling
Charges: ₹150/- per form
Includes form filling for various government or private services, uploading documents, and form submission.
Admission Forms (School/College/University)
Charges: ₹150/- per form
Includes detailed assistance with educational institution forms, uploads, verification, and submission.
Government Job Application Forms
Charges: ₹200/- per form
Includes uploading certificates, OTP verification, photo/resizing, and final online submission.
Government IDs and Registration Applications
Charges: ₹250/- to ₹1000/-
Applies to services like , PAN card application, voter registration, MSME/Udyam registration, other ID's etc., depending on complexity and portal used.
Online E-Ticket Booking
Charges: Starting from ₹150/-
Applies to ticket bookings for trains, buses, , etc. Charges may increase depending on urgency and availability.
Document Editing and Assistance
Charges: Starting from ₹500/-
Includes resume creation, application writing, editing certificates, formatting assignments or documents, etc.
ATM Charges: Based on actual challan amount
Extra ATM transaction charges may apply depending on the form challan. The customer is responsible for any ATM charges incurred.
Other Customized Services
Charges: As applicable
Includes specialized support not listed above. The cost is determined by service type, duration, and level of technical support needed. Charges will be shared before service begins.

3. General Terms & Conditions

Advance Payment: All services are to be paid for in advance. Work will commence only after full payment is received.
Non-Refundable Charges: No refund will be given once the service is initiated, even in case of portal errors, customer change of mind, or application rejection.
Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. We are not liable for any rejection or error caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Legal Responsibility: Submission of forged documents or fake data is a punishable offense. Any such case will be reported to appropriate authorities.
Privacy & Data Security: All personal and document information shared is handled as per IT and privacy laws. Customer data is kept confidential and deleted once the service is completed.
Delays or Technical Glitches: We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to issues with government or third-party portals.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We do not guarantee the approval of any application or form.
We are not responsible for delays due to server downtime or portal unavailability.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

6. Customer Agreement

By availing any service from Online Digital Cyber Cafe, the customer confirms that:

They have read and understood all terms and conditions.
They agree to the fee structure and refund policy.
They take full responsibility for the information and documents provided.
They will not hold the Cyber Cafe liable for delays, rejections, or errors caused by external platforms.

अटी व शर्ती | नियम व धोरणे | शुल्क व फी संरचना

1. परिचय

या अटी व शर्ती ‘ऑनलाइन डिजिटल सायबर कॅफे’च्या सर्व सेवा वापरण्यावर लागू होतात. आमच्या सेवा वापरण्याच्या कृतीने, आपण खालील सर्व अटी, धोरणे आणि भारतातील संबंधित कायद्यांचे पालन करण्यास सहमती देता.

सर्व सेवा या खालील कायद्यांच्या अधीन आहेत:

माहिती तंत्रज्ञान अधिनियम, २०००
भारतीय करार अधिनियम, १८७२
ग्राहक संरक्षण अधिनियम, २०१९
केंद्र व राज्य शासनाच्या लागू मार्गदर्शक सूचनांचे पालन

या अटींचे उल्लंघन झाल्यास सेवा नाकारल्या जातील व कायदेशीर कारवाई केली जाऊ शकते.

नियम व आचारधोरण

सर्व ग्राहकांनी खालील नियमांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे:

वैयक्तिक व दस्तऐवजांची अचूक माहिती द्यावी.
अंतिम सादरीकरणापूर्वी सर्व माहितीची खात्री करावी.
बनावट किंवा खोटी कागदपत्रे सादर करणे गुन्हा आहे.
सेवा वापरल्यानंतर सर्व वैयक्तिक खाती (ई-मेल, सोशल मिडिया इत्यादी) मधून लॉगआऊट करावे.
कर्मचार्‍यांचा सन्मान ठेवावा आणि कार्यालयीन/ऑनलाईन शिस्त पाळावी.

अनुचित वर्तन, गैरवापर किंवा बेकायदेशीर कृत्ये झाल्यास सेवा तात्काळ बंद केली जातील व संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांकडे अहवाल दिला जाईल.

2. सेवा प्रकार व फी संरचना

मूलभूत फॉर्म भरती सेवा
शुल्क: ₹१५०/- प्रति फॉर्म
विविध सरकारी/खाजगी सेवांसाठी फॉर्म भरणे, दस्तऐवज अपलोड करणे व अंतिम सादरीकरण यांचा समावेश.

प्रवेश अर्ज (शाळा/महाविद्यालय/विद्यापीठ)
शुल्क: ₹१५०/- प्रति फॉर्म
प्रवेश अर्जासाठी मार्गदर्शन, तपशील तपासणी, अपलोड व सबमिशन.

शासकीय नोकरी अर्ज फॉर्म
शुल्क: ₹२००/- प्रति फॉर्म
प्रमाणपत्रे अपलोड करणे, ओटीपी पडताळणी, फोटो रीसाईजिंग व अंतिम अर्ज सबमिशन.

शासकीय ओळखीपत्र व नोंदणी अर्ज
शुल्क: ₹२५०/- ते ₹१०००/-
पॅन कार्ड, मतदार नोंदणी, एमएसएमई/उद्योग नोंदणी इत्यादी सेवा, अर्जाच्या जटिलतेनुसार शुल्क.

ऑनलाइन ई-तिकीट बुकिंग सेवा
शुल्क: ₹१५०/- पासून
रेल्वे, बस इत्यादी तिकीट आरक्षणासाठी. अर्जाच्या तातडी व उपलब्धतेनुसार शुल्कात बदल होऊ शकतो.

दस्तऐवज संपादन व सहाय्य
शुल्क: ₹५००/- पासून
रेझ्युमे तयार करणे, अर्ज लिहिणे, प्रमाणपत्र संपादन, असाइनमेंट फॉरमॅटिंग इत्यादी.

एटीएम शुल्क
चालानाच्या रकमेनुसार प्रत्यक्ष बँक शुल्क लागू होईल. ग्राहकाने हे शुल्क भरायचे आहे.

इतर सेवा
शुल्क: आवश्यकतेनुसार
विशेष सेवा जसे की तांत्रिक सहाय्य, वेळ व श्रमावर आधारित शुल्क आधीच सांगितले जाईल.

3. सामान्य अटी व शर्ती

आगाऊ पेमेंट: सर्व सेवांसाठी आगाऊ पेमेंट अनिवार्य आहे. पूर्ण पेमेंट झाल्याशिवाय कोणतेही कार्य सुरू केले जाणार नाही.
शुल्क परतावा नाही: एकदा सेवा सुरू झाल्यानंतर, कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत पैसे परत मिळणार नाहीत – यामध्ये पोर्टल त्रुटी, अर्ज फेटाळणे, किंवा ग्राहकाचा मन बदलणे यांचा समावेश होतो.
माहितीची अचूकता: ग्राहकाने दिलेली माहिती अचूक असावी. चुकीच्या माहितीमुळे अर्ज फेटाळल्यास सायबर कॅफे जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
कायदेशीर जबाबदारी: खोटी माहिती किंवा बनावट कागदपत्रे सादर केल्यास, ती कायदेशीर गुन्हा मानली जाईल व संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांकडे तक्रार केली जाईल.
गोपनीयता व डेटा सुरक्षा: ग्राहकाची माहिती व दस्तऐवज गोपनीयतेने हाताळले जातील. सेवा पूर्ण झाल्यावर ती माहिती सुरक्षितरीत्या हटवली जाईल.
प्रवेश विलंब/तांत्रिक अडथळे: शासकीय पोर्टल्सच्या विलंबामुळे किंवा अडचणींमुळे होणाऱ्या त्रुटींकरिता आम्ही जबाबदार नाही.

4. जबाबदारीची मर्यादा

आमची जबाबदारी ग्राहकाने दिलेल्या सेवेसाठी भरलेल्या शुल्कापुरती मर्यादित आहे.
आम्ही कोणत्याही अर्जाच्या मंजुरीची हमी देत नाही.
शासकीय पोर्टल्समधील सर्व्हर डाऊनटाइम किंवा उपलब्धतेच्या समस्यांसाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही.

5. कायदेशीर क्षेत्राधिकार

कोणत्याही वादप्रकरणांमध्ये पुणे, महाराष्ट्र येथील न्यायालय क्षेत्र लागू राहील.

6. ग्राहकाची सहमती

सायबर कॅफेच्या कोणतीही सेवा स्वीकारताना ग्राहकाची पूर्ण सहमती खालील बाबींकरिता असेल:

त्यांनी सर्व अटी व शर्ती वाचून समजून घेतल्या आहेत.
त्यांनी शुल्क संरचना व परतावा धोरण मान्य केले आहे.
त्यांनी सादर केलेली माहिती व दस्तऐवजांची पूर्ण जबाबदारी घेतली आहे.
शासकीय पोर्टल्समधील विलंब, त्रुटी किंवा नकार याकरिता सायबर कॅफेला जबाबदार धरले जाणार नाही.
